Project/Marketing Manager 100% (m/f/d)

A personality with drive and a sense for brands, who is eager to take responsibility and implement projects from A to Z.

Your tasks:

• Further development and positioning of the Joya brand in the market

• Planning, implementation, and success monitoring of marketing campaigns (online and offline)

• Creation, coordination, and final coordination of marketing materials (print, digital, POS)

• Writing texts and developing concepts for various target groups

• Creative collaboration on layouts, imagery, and storytelling

• Efficient project coordination in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners • Project-related support also for our other brands kybun Joya, kybun, and Kandahar

• Completed education in the field of marketing (planner, specialist, or degree)

• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with agency background or similar dynamics

• Creative and adept at writing: You find the right words and get messages across effectively

• Organized and hands-on: You plan meticulously but also get hands-on

• High sense of responsibility, reliability, and enjoyment in driving projects forward

• Proficient in MS Office and content management systems

• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing, good English language skills
